Usually you cannot see us. Meet The Beds team, our names, roles, passions and see which beds we sleep in. Let’s get personal.

Let’s start from the most important ones: Founder, managing director and main designer - Roman Bilecki, economic director - Maria Bilecka and Sales and Marketing Director - Tomasz Bilecki. The similarity of the surnames is no accident - The Beds is a family company.

Our staff

TOMEK - PRODUCTION MANAGER

I am the head of the production team. Managing strong men is hard but I have been doing well for over 20 years. In private I am a fan of The Beds brand. I love to buy new cars.

ARTUR - TECHNOLOGIST

We make our furniture out of wood. I take care that we do not run out of material and fittings at any stage of the process. I am a speedway fan.

ŁUKASZ - CONSTRUCTOR

Furniture is not a construction made of LEGO bricks - it needs an appropriate design. In my spare time I play football. I fall asleep on the MINIMALbed.

ŁUKASZ - CONSTRUCTOR

Passionate about carpentry and an experienced specialist. Working with wood is also my hobby.

DAREK - CONSTRUCTOR

I design and construct. I am passionate about music and electronic instruments.

MONIKA - MAIN ACCOUNTANT

Invoices, balances and receipts... there is a lot of that. When I run out of calculations I do Nordic walking.

KAROLINA - HR SPECIALIST

Our friendly colleague responsible for taking care of our work related matters. Thanks to her, our employees are always happy when they come to work.

AGATA - ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

I am flooded by invoices and paperwork. When the flood stops, I seek asylum in my home surrounded by The Beds furniture from the PARIS collection. That's the same place where two great sons and husband roam.

MONIKA - ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Financial settlements are pure pleasure for me. After work, I devote my time to my family - resting - in order to be able to face new financial challenges the next day.

DAWID - LOGISTIC SPECIALIST

I am a human GPS and strategist. My goal - have everything ready right down to a tee. Hobby: airplanes. I am flying high in my sleep thanks to the VINCI bed.

PATRYK - CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Noone like me will explain to you the difference between wild, solid and clean combined wood. I will also make sure that you choose the right frame and mattress for the bed.

PAULINA - SALES SPECIALIST

You can talk to me in Polish, Czech and Slovak. I advertise on those markets. I am a big fan of the the "Mole", a cartoon from Czechoslovakia. I sleep in a bed JAMES.

MIREK - AFTER SALES SERVICE SPECIALIST

Thanks to him, every problem becomes a triviality and every customer returns home satisfied.

GOSIA - SALES MANAGER

I represent the sales department on the German-speaking markets. I have good intentions that are more important than learned selling techniques. I train negotiation simulations systematically when concluding business transactions with my 14-year-old son.

PIOTR - SALES MANAGER

At work, I am looking for new clients all over Europe so that my colleagues from the production hall have as much as possible to do. After hours, I spend as much time as possible in nature or traveling.

BŁAŻEJ - BRAND AND ADVERTISING SPECIALIST

Computer graphics and visual communication is my passion. My favorite saying: "The graphic designer who drinks a lot of coffee implements corrections faster". In my spare time... what spare time? :)

MACIEJ - IT SPECIALIST, 3D GRAPHICS DESIGNER

When you're in trouble, call the IT guy. When I am not rescuing someone, I create 3D graphics. I draw inspiration from Japan. After hours I am toiling away at an idea for a computer game. I sleep... very little.

However, the strength of our company is more than 80 production employees. Experienced carpenters, grinders, millers, painters, assemblers, packers and CNC machine operators. From the beginning to the end, they make sure that the product you ordered is better than in the photo and in the descriptions.
