How to care for oiled furniture?

For the production of our furniture, we use two wood species highly valued in the furniture industry: oak and beech.
Wood, as a natural material, is exposed to harmful external factors, such as: large fluctuations in temperature and humidity in the room, excessive insolation or improper use (conditions for proper operation are specified in the guarantee).
That is why, it is extremely important to properly care for and preserve wooden surfaces. To maintain the splendor of furniture for a long time, please comply with the rules of use of our products.


Maintenance (1-2 times a year):
- possible damages to oiled surfaces, eg stains or scratches, sand with P240 granulation paper, P220 Polishing sponge (included) or a more delicate P320 nonwoven (included),
-always sand in accordance with the wood drawing. Do not press the grinding material too much against the wood surface,
-dust the surface of the furniture, remove the dirt using a mild soap, intended for oiled wood (in the set) and let it dry,
- a small amount of wood oil (included) should be applied evenly to the surface of the furniture. Do it with a cotton cloth, in accordance with the direction of the grain,
-after a short time (about 10 minutes), wipe off excess oil with a dry, cotton cloth,
- leave the furniture to dry for 24 hours,
- the oiling procedure can be repeated 2-3 times.
